Trina has a background in organisational psychology and is registered with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a registered practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Trina receives intensive and ongoing training using world-class assessment tools. She works to strict standards of confidentiality and holds herself accountable to the highest codes of professional ethics. She receives ongoing supervision and keeps her ‘professional edge’ by the regular exchange of ideas and practices. She has used many 360 competency-based tools and is qualified in several psychometric assessment tools, some of which include: Benchmarks, California Psychological Inventory (CPI), Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP 360), Change Style Indicator (CSI), Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI), FIRO-B, FIRO-In Business, Hogan Leadership Inventories, Lifestyle Inventory (LSI I and II), MBTI, Majors Personality Type Inventory, Skillscope and Workplace Big Five.
